Hey everyone, time for another update.

The cables shipped several days ago, so we expect them to arrive at any time. DHL has, for some reason, been slow lately and packages that we would normally get in a couple days have been taking significantly longer, but they are on the way.

We are still waiting for ESCCs for everyone from January to present to get here as well. We did expect these to be here already (along with the cables, as of our last update) but we do not expect them to take any significant length of time to get here. We are also doing everything we can to take care of you guys currently waiting for these and will continue this process until the TC ESCCs arrive to us.

Work on the American mod is progressing well. We do not have a large update here other than work has been progressing well on the chipset programming.

I also wanted to make a quick note about some other inventory that is not directly related to our preorder cycle, but it is important news, nonetheless. SSC products have had a delay getting to us because of a shutdown in their production. This affects the Rig, the new bubbler mouthpiece, and the bottomless banger. We have no control over this but as I understand it the issues are now resolved so we should get more of these soon.

I know it is a short update this week, but we promised everyone we would make an update whether we had big announcements to make, so we want to continue to let everyone know we are working as hard as we can. Clay and Stuart are still receiving a very high volume of messages, but they are both available if you have any questions about your order via the site chat and email.
